The FS-18ARC10 specialty face shield is to be used for Arc Flash Hazards in extreme thermal energy conditions.
Rated at 12 cal/cm² withstands thermal energy release during ASTM 2178-08. PPE Category 2.
Arc shield fits with Elvex visor brackets and slot adaptors that can be mounted on most slotted safety helmets.
Certified and Tested by Kinectrics High Current Laboratory.
Note: NFPA 70E requires users to wear a safety cap, NFPA 70E rated balaclava, safety glasses and ear plugs with an Arc face shield.
